Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is 3–7 business days. Priority shipping is 1–3 business days.

Yes. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, contact support immediately — we will do our best to help if the order has not yet shipped.

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Compatibility

How do I know if a product is compatible with my firearm?

Each product page lists full compatibility information. If you are unsure, contact our support team with your specific firearm model before ordering.

Most installations require basic armorer’s tools — punch set, hammer, and a vise block. Full tool requirements are listed on each product page.

Installation

Are FlowFire products really drop-in?

Yes. All FlowFire components are engineered for true drop-in installation to mil-spec dimensions. No fitting, stoning, or permanent modification is required.

No. Our products are designed for DIY installation. Detailed guides are included. That said, if you are not comfortable working on firearms, consult a qualified gunsmith.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused, uninstalled products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been installed or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

FlowFire products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or modification. Contact support to initiate a warranty claim.

Troubleshooting

My firearm is not cycling correctly after installation. What should I do?

First, verify that the component is installed correctly per the included guide. Check for any debris or interference. If the issue persists, contact support with your firearm model and a description of the problem.

New components may have a brief break-in period. If the pull weight remains inconsistent after 100–200 rounds, contact support.

Yes. All FlowFire components are manufactured to mil-spec tolerances and are fully compatible with any mil-spec lower receiver. We test every batch against USGI specifications.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. Standard orders ship within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Currently we ship within the United States only. All shipments comply with federal, state, and local regulations. We require a valid US shipping address for all orders.

Warranty & Returns

Our lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered. Contact support@flowfiredefense.com to initiate a warranty claim.
