Redacted Arms LLC ships all orders exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping services and delivery timelines are subject to carrier availability and conditions.
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received and verified, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order total.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
Redacted Arms LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact USPS directly to initiate a claim. We will assist with documentation if needed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
