This can vary system to system. We have had luck with H2 buffers working with higher power springs. It will take some tuning to determine how your specific system runs and what it likes to run smoothly.
Generally, an H3 deadblow buffer and a standard carbine spring are going to be your best bet and run the system. If you want to adjust rate of fire, switching your spring and buffer weights AND/OR installing an adjustable gas block will be your best bet to tuning to your exact spec.
We like Sprinco RED for H2 buffers when running suppressed and Sprinco BLUE springs with an H3 buffer will generally solve any and all rate of fire issues.
