By accessing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping and Returns Policy, and our Compliance Policy. If you do not agree to all of these, you must not use this site.

This site is intended for use only by adults aged 18 or older. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase firearms components in your jurisdiction.

Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you affirm that you are not a "prohibited person" within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. 922(g) or any equivalent state law. This includes, but is not limited to, persons convicted of a felony, persons subject to a domestic violence restraining order, persons who have been dishonorably discharged from the armed forces, and persons unlawfully using a controlled substance.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, installation, and use of FlowFire products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Specifications, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.

Product compatibility with your specific firearm or firearm configuration is your responsibility to verify before purchase.

Orders and Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders we believe to be fraudulent, orders shipping to restricted jurisdictions, or orders placed by parties we cannot verify as eligible.

Because fulfillment may begin immediately upon payment, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case. Cancellations approved before shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee on standard items and 20% on made-to-order items, deducted to recover payment processing fees and production costs incurred.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, photographs, product designs, logos, and the FlowFire name and marks, is owned by FlowFire Defense LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view this content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercialize any content from this site without our prior written consent.

Restrictions on Use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowFire Defense LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site or our products.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlowFire Defense LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your misuse of any FlowFire product.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of this site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlowFire Defense LLC regarding your use of this site, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
